                                Young baritone he graduated at the G. Verdi conservatoire in Milan; he took part
                                at the Académie Européenne de Musique in Aix-en-Provence, where he performed Leporello
                                in Don Giovanni. Amongst his recent engagements it is worth mentioning: Il
                                    Barbiere di Siviglia and Così fan tutte for As.Li.Co circuit in Italy;
                                Signor Bruschino and La Gazzetta at the Rossini Opera Festival in
                                Pesaro; Don Carlo at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino under the baton of Zubin
                                Metha; Moralès in Carmen in Livorno, Lucca, Pisa and Fano; Die Lustige Witwe
                                at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona; Belcore in L’elisir d’Amore and Prosdocimo
                                in Il Turco in Italia in Piacenza and Ravenna, Leo Nucci directing; Le Nozze
                                    di Figaro (Conte d’Almaviva) in Tenerife and in Kiel; La Cenerentola
                                (Dandini) at Teatro Massimo in Palermo. Plans include: Cavalli’s Erismena
                                (Agrippo) at the Festival International d’Art Lyrique d’Aix-en-Provence then
                                on tour in Innsbruck, Versailles and in prestigious theatres in Europe; Il Turco
                                    in Italia in Modena.

                                Silvia Paoli - director
                             
                            
                                Silvia Paoli was born in Florence. She attended the faculty of Modern Literature
                                and she graduated in Acting at Dramatic Art Academy Paolo Grassi in Milan accomplishing
                                her education with different professionals: Bruno De Franceschi (singing teacher),
                                Maria Consagra (Laban method), Raffaella Giordano, Anton Milienin, Danio Manfredini,
                                Odin Theatre and others. lang="EN-US"
                             
                            
                                She started her acting career with Peter Stein, and later collaborated in Italian
                                and international drama played with directors such as Paolo Rossi, Damiano Michieletto,
                                Michael Schmidt, Igor Konyaev, Rem & Cap.
                             
                            
                                She cooperated in musical productions with the renowned artists Giora 
                                Feidman and the Micrologus.
                             
                            
                                In 2007 Silvia wrote and acted in Livia, a very successful play which still
                                today receives excellent audience and critical reviews. 
                                A new comic monologue, Bucce, came in 2013. In her works live musical accompaniment
                                is a constant, performed by Francesco Canavese, with whom she created the artistic
                                project Mu.Te; including the musical participation of Emiliano Nigi and the
                                acting collaboration with Andrea Macaluso. In 2013 she received the Sorelle Gramatica
                                    award, as new talent, and the nominee for Premio Ubu as best
                                comic actress. 
                                She entered the opera environment as assistant director of Damiano Michieletto and
                                collaborated with him in many productions: Gazza ladra, Trittico and
                                Scala di seta among others. Further, she worked with directors such as Alessandro
                                Talevi, Paolo Rossi and José Carlos Plaza and collaborated with the Maggio Musicale
                                Fiorentino in Barbiere di Siviglia, Serva padrona and Pollicino.
                                Her debut as opera director was staging Cenerentola at Opera de Tenerife
                                which gained a great success and in the following season she has been invited to
                                direct a second production: Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro. In 2016 Silvia
                                Paoli directed the 20th edition of OperaDomani, an educational opera project made
                                by As.Li.Co, with a new staging of Puccini's Turandot.
                             
                            
                                Amongst her future plans it is worth mentioning Vent du soir, ou l’horrible
                                    festin at Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Florence.
